What are Rights? Rights are pretty much saying that you could do this thing. For example you have the right to stay at the place you live until you're older. In other words, you have the right to be taken care of as a child until you're an adult. Rights are a lot harder then they sound. A right is not something that you just want, but more something you need or deserve. Rights are kind of like rules about what people deserve. Rights are also like laws. In Egypt the government took away their rights, so the people eventually revolted. The same thing happened in America in 1776. But here we have a bill of rights. The bill of rights limits U.S. government.
